Allplas Extrusions are leading manufacturers of solid PVC cellular foam profiles in Australia, supplying the precast and tilt up concrete industry.  Our PVC cellular formwork profiles are manufactured using a superior formulation.  As our chamfer profiles are cellular foam, they are also light and easy to handle on site, making it a great alternative to timber fillet.

Allplas’ s PVC fillet profiles can be bent to 90° without breaking, easily nailed and reuseable.  We can colour match your fillet/chamfer mould to your Company branding, manufacture to length required,  and print your Company details on the profile.  Your Customers will always know who to call when they’re ready to reorder.

Allplas manufactures fillet mould in 12mm, 12mm with tail, 17mm, and 19mm.  Our larger false joints come is 40mm and 50mm.
